Since our program began in October of 2007, we have raised and donated over $8000 to the Alamo toward its preservation!

All of these awesome kids are proud members of South Austin Karate's student body and are accomplished martial artists. They are also members of the International Knife Throwers Hall of Fame and compete on a national and international level. We are very proud of our amazing kids!!!

This program has been designed by Dr. Bainton, owner of South Austin Karate, to increase the awareness of the historical importance of the Alamo and Texas history to encourage the public to donate what they can to protect and preserve this historic site. All South Austin Karate participants are donating their time and all funds collected during performances are being donated for the preservation of the Alamo. Please come by the Alamo on the first Saturday of each month to see Dr. Bainton and these amazing children portray the Texas heroes who defended the mission so long ago. During these exciting and fun presentations your generous donations would be greatly appreciated.

Be sure to see our next historical performance at the Alamo. Our kids perform the first Saturday of every month to raise funds for the restoration of the Alamo. See you there!
