Our Staff
Our staff members are generally selected from our student body. We work hard to develop self confidence, self discipline, leadership and good work ethics in all our students. Our instructors are student's that are achieving these skills in our system. We also find that hiring existing students enhances our family atmosphere. Our staff become role models that give our young students goal setting opportunities. Our students are given opportunities to practice their teaching abilities as they achieve rank and assist lower ranking students in their skills. All full-time employees are regularly certified in first aid, CPR and all other State mandated certifications.
