South Austin Karate (SAK)- Bakido
The Art of Ba Ki Do is an eclectic art combining traditional Martial Arts with the real world experience of training methods developed by Educators, Criminal Justice experts, Police Forces as well as Women's Self Defense and Child Development Programs. The focus of the Art of Ba Ki Do is a long range development of respect for family values, education and self worth. Antiquated traditions such as signing contractual agreements, for children who may not be successful in a Martial Arts environment are replaced by individual results.
